A sliding door (with mosquito net) leads from the sitting room to a covered outside dining area, which provides permanent shade. This has a dining table and six chairs.

The inside dining area has a table with six chairs and an air-conditioning unit.

The downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin is off the hall.
