Availability and Prices

The changeover day is flexible although we prefer Friday, Saturday or Monday but as bookings are taken flexibility will reduce.  Prices shown are for the villa per week and not per person. If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week June, first week July), the rental rate will be calculated accordingly. 

Please note: A damage deposit cheque for £250 is required along with your final balancing payment. This will be held    by us during your stay and will be returned to you in full within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear). 

Because of its location and its spiral staircase please note that Villa Akkaya is not ideal for children under five or the infirm."
